Our Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item significantly differs from its description
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Skincare and beauty products
- Food and beverage items
- Health and wellness products
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@supa-market.jp with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
